NALAG Centre for Loss & Grief Mudgee

Supporting the community through loss and grief

A little bit of our history

The NALAG Centre for Loss and Grief Mudgee was established in 2013 following generous provision of premises by Kanandah Retirement village. Located at 107 Mortimer Street the Centre has a coordinator and 15 dedicated volunteers.

What do we do

The NALAG Centre for Loss and Grief Mudgee provides grief support and counselling together with running a number of peer support groups. The Volunteers frequently attend the local markets and events to spread the awareness of their services.

Grief Support Services

The NALAG Centre for Loss and Grief Mudgee provides free individual face to face grief support by trained volunteers for adults and children who are grieving following a loss. Appointments are essential and are by prior arrangement only. The NALAG Centre for Loss and Grief Mudgee is not a crisis centre and all emergencies should be directed to the appropriate agency or to the outpatient unit of your local Hospital.

NALAG is a not for profit organisation. The NALAG Centre for Loss and Grief Mudgee provides grief and loss support to all people regardless of financial circumstances and provides these services completely FREE of charge.
