What is Grief?

Grief is a natural part of life. Grief is our reaction to loss. Your reaction is very unique to you.

The intensity of the grief, the pain of grief and how individuals express their grief has no set pattern.

Someone who has experienced a loss that is significant to them can feel like they are on a rollercoaster of emotions, thoughts, physical impacts.

It can affect so many different parts of our lives.
