Adanced Care Directive Workshop | 2 Hour Workshop | Mudgee

‘Free, supportive workshops to help you think about and voice your end-of-life wishes.

Mudgee NALAG is hosting two workshops as part of the My Care Future Project; a series of workshops designed to help people reflect, talk, and plan for the future through creating their own Advance Care Directive (ACD).  An Advance Care Directive is a legal document that lets you record what matters most to you.  It focuses on your wishes for future health care, end-of-life decisions, and personal matters.  Having a plan in place can relieve stress and uncertainty for family and friends, helping them understand and honour your choices if you’re ever unable to communicate them yourself.

Workshops are informal and limited to small groups.

My Care Future Project is funded by the Western NSW Primary Health Network (PHN) in collaboration with Orange City Council, Dubbo Neighbourhood Centre and Orange Aboriginal Medical Service, for delivery across the Central West and Orana regions’.
