About this Workshop

Loneliness in grief can feel like an invisible weight—a silence that goes unheard. This interactive online workshop offers a gentle, compassionate space to explore what loneliness truly means in the wake of loss.

Together, we’ll uncover how isolation can shape the grief experience and how empathy, awareness, and connection can ease that burden.

What We’ll Explore:

  • The emotional and physical impacts of loneliness
  • The social and personal conditions that give rise to loneliness
  • How loneliness intertwines with grief, beyond the initial loss
  • Protective factors that can support healing, growth, and resilience

Who is this Workshop for?

Whether you’re a health professional, carer, or someone navigating grief yourself, this workshop is a space to listen, learn, and connect—with others and with yourself.
